2021年4月6日，在股市开盘之前，兴登堡研究公司(Hindenburg Research)公布了一份报告，称亿邦去年IPO的收益被用于“与内部人士和可疑对手方进行一系列不透明交易”。该报告称，2020年11月，亿邦融资2,100万美元，称这些资金将“主要用于发展公司业务”，然而这笔资金实际用于偿还关联方（亿邦首席执行官的亲戚）贷款。报告还指出，亿邦前期在香港证券交易所上市失败的原因来自于媒体对银豆的夸大销售计划进行了大肆宣传。银豆是中国一家P2P网络借贷平台,于2018年欺诈2万散户投资者并使6.55亿美元“消失在稀薄的空气中。”

360 Digitech, Inc 是一家在上海设有办事处的开曼群岛公司，其公司管理方 Haisheng Wu、Jiang Wu 和 Zuol, Xu 因违反美国联邦证券法而在纽约美国联邦法院被起诉。在 2020 年 4 月 30 日至 2021 年 7 月 7 日期间购买 360 Digitech 股票的投资者可参与此集体诉讼。
