Two Reid & Wise Attorneys Recognized as Super Lawyers

Shiyong Ye is the managing member of Reid & Wise. He has represented financial institutions, multinational corporations, and high-end individuals in litigations, arbitrations, and dispute resolutions involving over 2 billion dollars of investments. Mr. Ye has advised a range of Chinese corporate and individual clients on their business in the US. His clients include public companies, manufacturers, power grids, electric generation, oil and gas, and industry coalitions.
Matthew Sava heads up the Firm’s Litigation Department, where he specializes in complex commercial disputes, EB-5 investment disputes, securities litigation, cross-border disputes, class actions, and international arbitrations. Matthew started his career as a litigation attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, after having served as a research assistant to Professor David Siegel, author of New York Practice, and a senior law clerk to Judge Carmen Ciparick of New York’s high court, the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Sava has been nominated as Best Litigator by EB-5 Investors Magazine. He has obtained judgements, court orders, and settlements awarding more than $100 million for hundreds of EB-5 investors.
