Our summer associate program is our primary source for entry-level associates. Selected law students receive assignments from diverse practice areas and departments, working with partners and other attorneys. Each summer associate will be offered guidance by an associate mentor and given opportunities to demonstrate the characteristics of a successful Reid & Wise attorney.
Lateral hiring is essential to broadening our expertise, strengthening our service to existing clients and enhancing our prospects for new clients. We actively recruit experienced attorneys who contribute specific knowledge and skills to our practice groups. In return, we offer lateral hires the opportunity to lead and advance within the firm.
Reid & Wise seeks men and women for its legal assistant program who demonstrate high standards of intellect, character, motivation and energy. Our paralegals participate in continuing legal education programs on a regular basis and receive training on the most up-to-date technology.
