Reid & Wise represents nine Chinese investors suing EB-5 Regional Center for fraud in the California Federal Court
Sunday, July 5th, 2015, 7:17 pmOn July 5th, 2015, Reid & Wise LLC, on behalf of nine Chinese investors, brought a lawsuit against the Velocity Regional Center LLC and other relevant parties in the United States District Court, Central District of California. The Defendants were accused of running a fraudulent scheme through the EB-5 immigration investment project and defrauding investors of millions of dollars in connection with that scheme. Plaintiffs are defrauded by the Defendants and each invested over $ 500,000 in an EB-5 investment project called Velocity V limited Partnership in connection with his or her EB-5 immigration application.
