Reid & Wise Announces New Member in its Newly Established San Francisco Office

Ning has extensive experience representing U.S. companies in their Chinese investment and Chinese companies in overseas mergers and acquisitions. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and greenfield start-ups for manufacturers, healthcare providers, financial institutions and high-tech companies. She has also provided corporate and commercial transaction services to many U.S. companies in different stages. Prior to joining the firm, Ning worked at White & Case Palo Alto Office and Shanghai Office, as well as Jones Days Atlanta Office and Shanghai Office for more than 10 years, during which time she counseled a wide range of U.S. and Chinese clients.
Ning Zhang will lead the firm’s Corporate Department in its San Francisco office. The San Francisco office will initially focus on matters related to corporate and M&A, private equity and capital markets, and will provide premium legal service on a cost-effective basis to California Companies and international clients with operations in the West Coast. The San Francisco office is located in the heart of the Financial District at 44 Montgomery Street.
